Christina Sifianou
She graduated in 2006 from the department of Graphic Design, T.E.I. of Athens. She completed her Masters in Animation at the department of Institut D’ Educacio Continua, Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, through a scholarship programme sponsored by the State Scholarship Foundation, 2008 – 1010. She has participated in animation and comic festivals in Greece as well as abroad. She won the special award for young talents in Animation Balcanima Festival, Belgrade and the 1st prize at the 5th Athens International Animation Festival for the short film “the City of Fears.” She was also honored with praise in the 1st & 2nd Comics Competition in Patras for the comics "The City of Joy" and "Machine". She has created advertisements for the Street Racer magazine. She was also a graphics design instructor at IEK MOKUME, a graphic designer and illustrator for the RCeL and a freelancer creating music CD covers, posters, logos, postcards, book illustrations, flyers for theatrical performances, seminars and workshops.
