Epameinondas Soufleros
Epameinondas Soufleros was born in 1984 in Atalanti, Greece. In June 2009 he graduated from the Ionian University (Corfu) with a degree in Translation. In July 2011 he was awarded a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Athens. Since 2008 he has been working as a freelance translator and translation reviser/editor. In March 2012 he started working as a collaborator at the Research Centre for English Language (RCeL) of the University of Athens. His main research interest is language profiling and description, preferably employing corpus-driven, computer-assisted methodologies and based on the theoretical foundation of Systemic Functional Linguistics.
