Collaboration with the 1st Experimental Junior High School of Placa

The Research Centre (RCeL) is going to collaborate with the 1st Experimental Junior High School of Placa. This collaboration will be multifold:

• There will be a systematic observation and evaluation of the pilot implementation of the “Common National Curriculum for Foreign Languages”.
• A structured programme, aiming at preparing students for the KPG English, French and German exams at school, will be implemented.
• Special syllabi for foreign language learning will be designed by the experts of our centre in collaboration with the teachers of the school. The language lessons will be offered in the afternoon zone, after the regular school schedule ends, and they will operate within the framework of the ‘Groups’, a new institution for Εxperimental schools. The Groups will operate under the responsibility of the school teachers and will address all students from the school, who are interested in the programmes they offer, or even those attending schools nearby.
